Return and Refund Policy — Royal Tee Caddy
Scope:
Once an RTC (Royal Tee Caddy) product has been used, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
Defective Products:
Only products that are defective at the time of purchase or delivery are eligible for return or refund.
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Process:
- Contact our support team to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely pack the item and include the RMA number with the return.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.
Refund Method:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exclusions:
Customized items or final-sale products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
